FHIA, a partner of Renuity, America's #3 home improvement company is hiring immediately for Call Center Representatives to join our inside sales team in Fort Lauderdale, FL with uncapped bonuses to earn between $45K-$75K per year. This position is located in Ft. Lauderdale, FL and candidates must be able to work onsite.

What You'll Do:
  • Place calls and provide excellent customer service to warm generated leads
  • Manage leads by tracking, following up, and closing sales to achieve sales and productivity objectives
  • Be the liaison between potential customers as an inside sales representative in our team
  • Perform direct sales and selling techniques for home remodeling and all of our products
  • Help customers set free in-home consultations over multiple contact channels
  • Promotion of company products and services to prospective and existing clients
What You'll Bring:
  • Experience in a call center, customer service or sales role preferred
  • Excellent computer and phone skills with attention to detail
  • Positivity, Flexibility, Determination and a persuasive personality
  • High energy and willingness to learn
